Revolving loans – Loan Fund SILESIA ‘2020

Loan Fund SILESIA’2020 is implemented under Measure 3.4. Recapitalization of external sources of co-financing for entrepreneurship implemented by the European Investment Fund (EIF) from the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Operational Program of the Silesia Province for 2014-2020.

The support loan is granted on preferential terms and constitutes de minimis aid – in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013 of 18 December 2013 on the application of art. 107 and 108 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union to de minimis aid.

Who can apply for a loan?

Micro, small and medium enterprises that have been running business for at least 12 months and are based in the province of Silesia.

Interest

Variables from 0.49% per-annum, determined based on the base rate announced by the European Commission increased by a margin, using 80% of the financial benefit for the entrepreneur.

From PLN 200,000 to PLN 1,000,000

Destiny

To finance the demand for working capital resulting from the expansion of the enterprise (eg new products or services), or from the need to strengthen the core business (eg strengthening the market position, capacity utilization) or from new projects (eg new investments, increasing production capacity) or from passing the enterprise to new markets (eg territorial expansion of products or services) or new solutions (eg new technical or organizational solutions).

Financing structure

Financing the expenses with a loan for support does not require the involvement of the applicant’s own contribution.

Financing period

Up to 4 years with a grace period for repayment of capital up to 6 months.

Repayment method

In monthly installments.
Repayment of all or part of the loan may be made ahead of time.
