Who can apply for a loan?

Graduates and unemployed people planning to set up a business in the province of Silesia.

Interest

Variables from 5.87% per-annum, calculated based on the base rate announced by the European Commission increased by a margin.

The loan amount

From PLN 10,000 to PLN 120,000.

Destiny

1. For financing expenses related to the implementation of investments in the Silesia Province, including::
   1. the purchase of real estate directly related to the conducted business activity,
   2. construction, extension, adaptation or renovation and modernization of buildings and production, service and commercial buildings directly related to business operations,
   3. purchase of machinery and equipment, including means of transport, directly related to business operations,
   4. purchase of IT software, licenses and other rights on intangible goods directly related to business operations,
   5. purchase of an enterprise within the meaning of art. 51 of the Civil Code or its organized part,
   6. other investment projects directly related to the conducted business activity.
2. Financing of expenditures for current purposes: A current expenditure loan may be used to finance expenditures covering the purchase of raw materials, materials, products and goods related to the business activity, intended for further processing / sale / provision of services and purchase of services related to their processing / sale / providing services, as well as not overdue on the date of their payment obligations for the purchase of raw materials, materials, products and goods related to the business, intended for further processing / sale / provision of services and purchase of services related to their processing / sale / provision of services.

Financing structure

1. Financing expenses with an investment loan requires the borrower to commit own contribution in the amount of at least 20% of the total value of investment expenditures.
2. Financing expenses with a revolving loan does not require the borrower’s own contribution.

Financing period

1. A loan for investment purposes – up to 7 years with the possibility of a grace period for repayment of capital up to 12 months.
2. A loan for revolving purposes – up to 5 years with the possibility of a grace period for repayment of capital up to 3 months.

Repayment method

In monthly installments.
Repayment of all or part of the loan may be made ahead of time.
